We offer professional, efficient and adjustable space with numerous configurations to meet individual requirement. We offer three conference rooms each professionally wired for sound, video and videoconferencing along with power outlets to accommodate laptops at every table position. We also have wireless and wired access to the internet.

High-tech Conference Rooms

Conveniently situated in downtown Denver, our conference rooms are available at no charge when a transcript is ordered. Larger rooms seat up to 30 at magnificent conference tables equipped with sound and computer connections for realtime court reporting. Smaller rooms are available for 1 to 15 individuals offering the same set-up.

These comfortable, professional rooms have many amenities, such as speaker phones, overhead projectors, screens, etc. 

Coffee, soft drinks, snacks and candy are provided with each room use at no additional charge.  Copy machines and fax facilities are available at minimal cost.   Support equipment, including internet access, large screen monitors, "Elmo" and LCD projectors, TV and VCR units, etc., are part of the available tools to assist our clients.

Conference rooms may be rented for half or full days for meetings and events other than depositions and videoconferences. Rates vary according to size and requirements, yet are well below hotel and conference room rates within the city. Conference rooms are excellent for neutral locations and for the professional requirement away from the office.

Our conference rooms are designed from the ground up to support depositions, but they are also well suited for conference, videoconferencing, meeting and presentations.
