Attorneys Service Center offers broadcast-quality videoconferencing in our Denver offices, which allows you to see the other side realtime and in color on our 32-inch TV screen. We have three great conference rooms available to accomodate videoconferencing. Our largest conference room can hold up to 30 people, and our smallest room holds up to six people comfortably.

Use of our rooms includes coffee, soft drinks, and light snacks. We also have copy machines and fax facilities available at a minimal cost.

These comfortable rooms have such amenities as speaker phones, overhead projectors, access to the internet, screens, etc. There are smaller offices available for break-out meetings off the record.

Before your videoconference begins, our professional and qualified technical staff will test with the other sites to make sure all of the connections work so that your videoconferencing experience will proceed flawlessly.

Documents can be viewed at all videoconferencing sites by using the Elmo document presentation system, permitting all participants to be on the same page at the same time. It is also possible for all videoconferencers to view PowerPoint and other laptop computer presentations.
